Application and Effect of Cluster Nursing in Neurosurgical Tracheotomy

摘　　要：Objective: to observe the application and effect of cluster nursing in neurosurgical tracheotomy. Methods: 44 patients with tracheotomy treated in neurosurgery of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were the subjects of this study. According to whether to carry out cluster nursing, the patients were divided into control group (22 cases: routine nursing without cluster nursing) and experimental group (22 cases: cluster nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the scores of self rating anxiety scale (SAS), self rating depression scale (SDS) and the incidence of postoperative complications (4.55%) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The duration of pneumotomy and average hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion: the effect of cluster nursing in neurosurgical tracheotomy is significantly better than that of routine nursing.
