摘　　要：Objective: this paper mainly aimed at the maternal delivery process of lebel childbirth analgesic instrument combined with doula and spinal anesthesia analgesic effect of systematic research and analysis, and for the majority of maternal population, it is relatively important. Methods: retrospective analysis method was adopted. 60 cases of puerpera admitted in our hospital were selected as the main research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the different methods of anesthesia. Results: the labor analgesia effect of the pregnant women in the observation group was better, and the satisfaction degree of the pregnant women was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical significance. Conclusion: the use of lebel labor analgesic instrument combined with doula and spinal anesthesia can improve the analgesic effect and shorten the labor time.
