Influence on TCM Nursing Acupoint Massage Combined with Evodiaevodiaacupoint Application on Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Postoperative Patients with Rectal Cancer

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the effect of TCM nursing acupoint massage + evodiaevodiaacupoint application on postoperative rectal cancer. Methods: in colorectal cancer surgery patients, randomly selected 30 cases, and on the basis of random lottery set categories, with the control group and the observation group. The sample size in two groups were 15 cases, the former measures for routine care, the measures to increase point massage + evodiarutaecarpaacupoints were applied. All the samples in January 2020 to January 2021 were selected. Recovery time of gastrointestinal function and complications should be counted, and satisfaction should be evaluated. Results: the recovery of bowel sound, exhaust, defecation and hospital stay were statistically shorter in the observation group (15.37±3.52) d, (28.84±3.25) d, (71.78±7.75) d and (10.23±3.14) d than in the control group (P<0.05). According to the statistics of complications, the observation group (13.33%, 2 cases) was lower than the control group (40.00%, 6 cases), P<0.05. According to the statistics of nursing satisfaction, the value in the observation group (93.33%, 14 cases) was higher than that in the control group (73.33%, 11 cases), P<0.05. Conclusion: acupoint massage + acupoint application of evodiusofficinalis has good value. It can shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, not only reduce the incidence of complications, but also obtain a satisfactory evaluation degree for most patients. It is worth promoting.
