摘 要:Transdermal administration (TDD) is superior to oral and subcutaneous injection in terms of reduced pain, avoidance of first pass effects, stable blood concentration control, and good patient compliance. Many physical and chemical techniques have been developed to overcome the low permeability of the skin and to develop a wider range of drug transdermal absorption pathways. Although the transdermal absorption pathway is the main route for transdermal drug delivery due to the large proportion of cuticle in the skin area, there are major challenges in the delivery mode [1]. Therefore, the search for ideal transdermal drugs has become the mainstream of research and development of new transdermal drugs. Based on the research and development status of this field at home and abroad, the possibility of using hydrogen peroxide alcohol as a new transdermal delivery agent and its influence on drug permeability were studied in this paper. In addition, the possibility of using osmosis enhancers in the development of new drug delivery systems and their effects on drug transport rates were also discussed.
