Effect Observation of Metoprolol Combined with Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide in the Treatment of Senile Severe Heart Failure

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the curative effect of metoprolol combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of senile severe heart failure. Methods: a total of 80 inpatients in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with the same number of people in each group, a total of 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with general treatment, and the observation group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in addition to metoprolol, and then the final treatment results were compared. Results: the total effective rate in the observation group (94.12%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: in the elderly patients with severe heart failure, on the basis of metoprolol, irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide auxiliary application, the effect is significant, can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients. It should be widely recommended in all major hospitals.
