摘　　要：As an important equipment of ethylene plant, the stable operation of alkali scrubber has a significant impact on the operation cycle of the whole ethylene plant. Since the alkali washing tower 105-E in Lanzhou Petrochemical 240kt / a ethylene plant was put into operation, the operating parameters have been continuously adjusted according to the actual phenomenon to achieve the optimal operation and optimize the alkali washing effect to the greatest extent. This paper mainly describes the role of alkali scrubber in production, discusses the optimal operation of alkali scrubber, and analyzes the causes of butter formation in ethylene alkali scrubber and the measures to inhibit its formation.
