摘　　要："Double carbon" strategy is low carbon development strategy, for the long-term development of the country has a profound impact. According to the 14th five-year development goal, China's thermal power must make the greatest efforts to achieve "building a new power system with new energy as the main body". In this context, thermal power enterprises are facing a severe test. This paper discusses the test of thermal power development under the situation of double carbon, and puts forward how to deal with the situation of double carbon, so as to provide reference for the reform and development of thermal power plants.
