Analysis on the Application Value of Humanized Nursing in Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hypertension

摘　　要：Objective: through comparative analysis to understand the application value of humanized nursing for patients with diabetes and hypertension. Methods: in this study, 60 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the research object. All kinds of clinical data of the patients during the treatment period were collected, and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the research group under the condition of ensuring the comparability of patients' general treatment. Each group had 30 people. The patients in the research group were mainly treated with the conventional nursing mode, while the patients in the research group were mainly treated with the humanized nursing mode. After the nursing work, the treatment time, blood sugar level and total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results: according to the results of this study, the improvement level of blood glucose in the control group patients was significantly lower than that in the study group patients, while the fasting blood glucose level and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the control group patients were higher (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the patients in the control group was 86.7%, and the total effective rate of the patients in the research group was 93.3%. The average hospitalization time of the patients in the study group was (15.75±0.58) d, which was significantly shorter than the average hospitalization time of the patients in the study group (34.06±0.22) d (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of nursing and treatment of diabetic patients complicated with hypertension, the humanized nursing model has better therapeutic effect. The required treatment time is shorter than the conventional treatment, which can effectively reduce the blood sugar level of the patients and reduce the hypertension symptoms caused by hyperglycemia.
