Effect and Pregnancy Outcome of Levothyroxine Tablets in the Clinical Treatment of Pregnant Patients with Hypothyroidism

摘　　要：Objective: to study the effect of levothyroxine tablets in the clinical treatment of pregnant patients with hypothyroidism and the impact of pregnancy outcome. Methods: this study selected 78 cases of pregnancy with hypothyroidism patients are from February 2020 to your - admitted during the period of February 2021, in order to admission into discussion groups (n = 39) line sinistral thyroxine treatment and control group (n = 39) traditional regular treatment, the clinical curative effect and the pregnancy outcome in patients with two groups were observed. Results: compared with the reference group, the pregnancy outcome of patients in the discussion group was better, and the data of all indicators were significantly different (P<0.05). In this experiment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the discussion group and the reference group was 97.43% and 71.79%, respectively, with statistically significant difference in index data (P<0.05), and the effect in the discussion group was better. Conclusion: the application of levothyroxine tablets in the clinical treatment of pregnant patients with hypothyroidism can improve the curative effect, achieve the expected outcome of pregnancy, and has outstanding clinical application value.
