摘　　要：Objective: to explore the application effect of multi-culture and humanistic care in elderly care. Methods: a total of 100 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to February 2021 were selected to carry out clinical research, and according to the principle of random allocation and average allocation, they were divided into control group and observation group, respectively given routine nursing and multicultural, humanistic care care. Results: from the comparison of the nursing effect of the two groups, it can be seen that the nursing effect of the observation group is significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the data of the two groups has statistical difference. (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of carrying out nursing for elderly patients, the rational use of multicultural and humanistic care can effectively improve the nursing effect for patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
