Efficacy Analysis of Recombinant Human Erythroleptin and Sucrose Iron Combined with Levocarnitine in the Treatment of Uremic Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Renal Anemia

摘  要:Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect of recombinant human erythroleptin and iron sucrose combined with levocarnitine in patients with renal anemia on uremic maintenance hemodialysis. Methods: case samples for uremia maintenance hemodialysis renal anemia is determined, the number, a total of 100 cases study time range form January 2020 to December 2020, the clinical grouping for numerical parity arrangement, the odd group is set to the observation group, the even group is set to the control group, the name for the control group patients with restructuring and promote red element treatment. The study group was treated with iron sucrose and left carnitine in addition to the former treatment, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results: after different ways of intervention, the anemia symptom index of the patients named as study group was compared with the patients named as control group, the outcome showed P <0.05;It was named as the treatment effectiveness index set in the patients in the study group and the inter-group comparison was named as the patients in the control group, and the final result showed P <0.05;The incidence of different risk events in patients named study group compared with patients named control group, the outcome showed P <0.05. Conclusion: combined treatment in patients with uremic maintenance hemodialysis with renal anemia has an important effect on improving the anemia symptoms of patients and alleviating the body oxidation reaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
