Effect Analysis of Acupoint Massage Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion Nursing on Patients with Stroke Convalescence

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the clinical application effect of acupoint combined with massage of traditional Chinese medicine nursing method on stroke patients in the recovery stage. Methods: a total of 120 stroke patients were selected from the Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020. The 120 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to a fair and reasonable method. The stroke patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion, and the control group were treated with conventional acupoint massage. The rehabilitation effect of the two groups of patients was compared, the scores of patients on different methods of nursing were summarized, and the clinical application effect of acupoint massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion nursing was analyzed. Results: the recovery rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The effect of acupoint massage combined with acupuncture and moxiacupuncture nursing in the process of stroke rehabilitation treatment was more significant. The score of the rehabilitation effect of patients in the observation group was also better than that of the control group (P<0.05), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: acupoint massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion nursing treatment of stroke is more conducive to patients' disease rehabilitation, increase patients' satisfaction with the treatment process and treatment results, can be widely used in clinical.
