Analysis of the Incidence of Intraoperative Hypothermia and its Influencing Factors in Gynecological Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the incidence and risk factors of gynecological laparoscopic hypothermia. Methods: a total of 144 patients with laparoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of hypothermia during gynecological laparoscopic surgery was analyzed, and general data such as basal body temperature, mean arterial pressure, operation time and anesthesia time were collected. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors of hypothermia during gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Results: among 144 cases of gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery, 56 cases (38.89%) had intraoperative hypothermia, and the lowest body temperature was 34.5℃. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that anesthesia time, carbon dioxide, intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative fluid replacement were independent risk factors for hypothermia in laparoscopic gynecological surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion: anesthesia time, carbon dioxide, intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative fluid replacement are the independent influencing factors of hypothermia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery, which should be paid more attention to in clinic.
