Analysis of the Effect of Station Hybrid Coronary Revascularization and OPCAB in the Treatment of Coronary Artery Multivessel Disease

摘　　要：Objective: to compare Hybrid coronary revascularization (HCR) with off-pump coronary artery bypass in the same period. (OPCAB) Evaluate the efficacy of the two methods in the treatment of multivessel coronary artery disease. Methods: a total of 100 patients with multi-vessel coronary heart disease who underwent surgical treatment in the heart center of our hospital from March 2018 to July 2021 were enrolled, including 14 patients who underwent sub-station hybrid therapy (HCR group) and 86 patients who underwent off-pump multi-vessel coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCAB group). Baseline data, preoperative examination results, surgical data, postoperative conditions, postoperative major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (MACCE) and minor adverse events were collected and compared between the 2 groups. Results: the baseline characteristics of age, sex, smoking status, left ventricular end-diastolic outflow tract line, ejection fraction and past medical history were basically the same between the two groups. The operative time, 24-hour and 48-hour drainage volume in the HCR group were significantly lower than those in the OPCAB group. There were no significant differences in the incidence of MACCE 30 days after surgery, postoperative minor adverse events, and the cumulative incidence of MACCE and mortality 1 year after surgery between the two groups (P?0.05). Conclusion: for multi-vessel coronary artery disease, station HCR or OPCAB can be selected according to the different conditions of patients. Station HCR has better perioperative performance and not inferior to OPCAB in postoperative follow-up results.
