摘　　要：The construction period of construction projects is long and the investment scale is huge. In order to effectively prevent project risks, the owner often relies on engineering consulting enterprises to carry out corresponding management work. Based on the role and value of engineering consulting enterprises in construction projects, this paper attempts to start from a new perspective, and take the construction of the whole process consulting organization management system as the starting point, realize the full coverage of engineering consulting, and build a systematic and standardized engineering management mode.
