Study on the Quality of Life of the Elderly by Combining Medical Care with Nursing Care

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the effect of the combination of medical care and nursing care on the quality of life of the elderly. Methods: 96 elderly patients in our care center were selected and included in the clinical study. All elderly patients were treated with the combination of medical and nursing care from June 2018 to May 2021. The scores of ADL and WHOQOL-100 before and after the intervention were compared. Results: after the intervention, the scores of ADL and WHOQOL-100 of all the elderly were significantly improved as compared with those before the treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the combination of medical care and nursing has important practical significance in improving the quality of life of the elderly, and is worthy of promotion and application.
