Influence of Pre-pregnancy Medical Examination on Bear and Rear Better Children

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the influence of pre-pregnancy medical test results on the effect of excellent child rearing. Methods: a total of 230 women of childbearing age in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (n = 115) and the observation group (n = 115). The control group did not receive prenatal eugenics screening in time, while the observation group received pre-pregnancy medical screening. The pregnancy results of the two groups were compared. Results: the detection rates of abortion, premature delivery, ectopic pregnancy, infectious diseases, placenta previa, intrauterine growth retardation and other diseases in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P < 0.05). The overall satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: pre-pregnancy medical examination for pregnant women can effectively reduce and reduce the adverse effects on pregnancy outcome, improve the quality of life of pregnant women and increase the family happiness index, which is worthy of promotion.
