摘　　要：Objective: to discuss the value of self-made intrauterine water sac in the treatment of uterine weakness in cesarean section. Methods: from August 2020 to August 2021, 72 cases of puerpera with cesarean section in the hospital were selected and randomly assigned as the control group (conventional method) and the observation group (conventional method + self-made intrauterine water sac), and the relevant data and information of the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed. Including postpartum bleeding, adverse reactions, puerpera satisfaction level of treatment. Results: the symptoms of puerpera in both groups were alleviated after treatment, but compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly more advantages in postpartum hemorrhage, adverse reactions and puerpera satisfaction level of treatment (P<0.05). Conclusions: in cesarean section uterine contractions in weak postpartum bleeds treatment of uterine cavity water use homemade sac, can guarantee the overall level of treatment effect, to a large extent will help maternal postpartum haemorrhage amount is controlled in the range of reasonable, avoid the occurring of postpartum hemorrhage, reduce adverse reactions, enhance the level of maternal job satisfaction to treatment and is conducive to the maternal postpartum recovery.
