Clinical Observation of Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the Treatment of Insomnia with Yin Deficiency and Fire Vigorous Type

摘　　要：Objective: this paper mainly focuses on the effect of liuwei Dihuang pill after treatment of insomnia patients with Yin deficiency and fire fire. Methods: in view of this study, a total of 90 patients with Yin deficiency and fire fever insomnia from January 2018 to January 2020 in a hospital were selected as the target of this study. 45 of the 90 patients were treated with estazolam (control group), and the other 45 patients were treated with liuwei Dihuang Pill plus or minus treatment. Specific statistics were made on the therapeutic effect and PSQI score of the patients after differentiated treatment, which was also used as the basis for the feasibility of treatment. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher, showing 43 (97.73%), and that of the control group was lower, showing 33 (76.74%). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Before treatment, the PSQI scores of the two groups showed significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05), while after treatment, the PSQI scores of the treatment group were more dominant, while the data of the control group were relatively higher, and the composition difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the addition and subtraction of Liuwei Dihuang Pill can improve the clinical treatment effect of insomnia patients with Yin deficiency and fire fire, and help patients to improve their sleep and quality of life. It has high clinical feasibility and wide application value.
