Clinical Application of Targeted Nursing Intervention in Transsphenoidal Pituitary Tumor Resection

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of targeted nursing intervention in transsphenoidal transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection. Methods: sixty-four patients undergoing transsphenoidal transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection were randomly divided into two groups by a cluster randomized grouping method between November 2019 and October 2020. 32 patients in the conventional group were given conventional nursing, 32 patients in the analysis group were given targeted nursing intervention. The complications of the two groups were observed. Results: after statistical comparison, there were only 2 cases of complications in the analysis group, accounting for 6.25%, significantly lower than 25.00% (8/32) in the conventional group (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: the application of targeted nursing intervention in transsphenoidal transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients, and the application value is high.
