Application of Hospice Nursing Model in Psychological Counseling of Patients with Advanced Malignant Tumor and Their Families

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the effect of hospice care on the psychological changes of patients with advanced malignant tumor and their families. Methods: 68 patients with advanced malignant tumor admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into reference group (n=34) and study group (n=34). Different nursing methods were adopted to compare the psychological status of patients and their families in the two groups. Results: the discomfort of patients in the study group was significantly alleviated, and the emotions of patients and their families were effectively relieved, with a significant difference compared with the reference group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: hospice nursing program applied in the nursing of patients with advanced malignant tumor can greatly pacify the emotions of patients' family members and relieve the physical symptoms of patients, which has important clinical promotion significance.
