摘　　要：Objective: postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section has serious effects, which will bring serious physiological changes to patients and also lead to maternal death. Therefore, active prevention is needed in clinical practice. Therefore, the method of subsublingual administration of methyl carprost suppositories is proposed, and its effect is discussed. Methods: in October 2020 - in October 2021 as the research in the implementation stage, the process is also clear the object of study and research the main stage, after our definite diagnosis after cesarean section exists in the high risk factors of maternal bleeding from 60 cases as a sample, using computer software for sequence for the serial number of the sample, and download randomly assigned software, The samples were divided into two groups, among which 30 parturients were treated with intravenous oxytocin 20U after fetal delivery as the reference group;The other 30 patients were treated as study group by sublingual administration of 1mg of methyl carprost suppositories in the second stage of labor before delivery of the fetal head. The specific conditions of the two groups were recorded and analyzed and compared. Results: the prevention effect of the two groups on postpartum hemorrhage was higher in the study group than in the reference group (P < 0.05). The amount of intraoperative blood loss and 24h postoperative blood loss in the reference group was higher than that in the study group, and the related indicators of puerpera in the study group were significantly decreased and the advantage was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05).
