摘　　要：Because China's heavy haul railway itself has many characteristics, such as high density, heavy axle and large transportation volume, the diseases of heavy haul railway are far more than ordinary railways, especially the diseases of turnout components, and turnout diseases occur frequently. In order to effectively solve the problems of turnout diseases of heavy haul railway, it is necessary to deeply analyze the causes of turnout diseases, and then put forward corresponding solutions, so as to solve the problems in turnout of heavy haul railway and ensure the normal and stable operation of railway.
