摘　　要：Under the background of China's rapid economic development, the requirements for the construction industry are gradually increasing. In the past development of the construction industry, project management and construction quality often did not get enough attention, such a long time, coupled with the rapid economic development now, directly led to frequent construction problems. Light will affect the economic benefits of construction enterprises, serious may cause casualties. In this paper, through the current project management and construction quality control of the current situation and problems facing in-depth analysis, practical put forward a series of feasible opinions and suggestions, in order to strengthen China's construction engineering management and construction quality control.
