摘　　要：The proposal of urban double repair embodies the transformation of urban development mode and governance mode. As Shenyang's mother river, Hunhe has rich waterfront space and superior geographical position and has become an important space for Shenyang's urban development. In the past 30 years, through green pollution control, river bank transformation, relocation and dismantling, function improvement, space optimization and a series of double repair measures, Hunhe has gradually evolved from the urban boundary into an urban river spatially, and from ecological green corridor into an important urban development axis functionally, which has become an important spatial carrier to promote the spatial integration of two sides of Hunhe and carry the core functions of city.
