摘　　要：Objective: to observe the problems in the treatment and nursing of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus, and to analyze the clinical effects of manual reduction combined with small splint external fixation and strengthening nursing intervention. Methods: a total of 50 patients treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, during The period from January to December 2020. In order to better analyze the effect of the study, the study, by means of randomly assigned 50 patients were divided into two groups, both groups by technique reduction with small splint external fixation treatment, will be one of the 25 patients as the control group for this study, and carries on the treatment for patients with routine nursing mode during nursing;For the remaining 25 patients, the course of intensive care in addition to the usual care was reduced as part of the study group. Before the treatment of the two groups of patients, the affected area of the patients should be examined and analyzed to determine the basic situation of the patients in line with the results of this study and to select the appropriate treatment plan for them. On this basis, we will communicate with patients and their families to ensure that patients and their families fully understand the purpose and content of this study. If they agree, the content of this study will be disclosed to protect their right to know. Conclusion: The application of manipulative reconstruction combined with small splint external fixation and intensive nursing in the clinical treatment and nursing work of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus is beneficial to promote the recovery of elbow joint function, relieve pain and improve nursing satisfaction. The intervention method has positive promotion significance in clinical practice.
