摘　　要：Objective: to explore the nursing risk of intravenous blood collection in outpatient collection room. Methods: the nursing management associated with intravenous blood collection in the outpatient collection room, grouped before and after the implementation of nursing risk management, January 2019-December 2019 is a regular group, routine care is implemented, January 2020 -12, 2020 The monthly risk management team implements nursing risk management. Comparing the quality score of care and the incidence of nursing risk, and the satisfaction of two groups of patients with nursing staff's service attitude, intravenous blood collection technology, environment of outpatient collection room, humanistic care and health education of intravenous blood collection. Results: the quality of care score of the risk management group was higher than that of the regular group, and there were significant differences,with P<0.05. The risk management group nursing risk incidence rate was lower than that of the regular group, there were significant differences,P<0.05. The patients' satisfaction with the nursing staff's service attitude, intravenous blood collection technology, outpatient collection room environment, humanistic care and venous blood collection health education was higher than that of the regular group, and there were significant differences,with P<0.05. Conclusion: the implementation of nursing risk management in outpatient collection room can improve the quality of nursing, reduce the risk of nursing, and help to improve patients' satisfaction with nursing work.
