摘 要:Senile cholecystitis stones in the current higher incidence, clinical common because is due to the invasion of patients with gallbladder inflammation caused by bacteria, have comparatively obvious abdominal muscle stiffness and tenderness in the right upper quadrant of the paroxysmal colic patients is the most typical clinical symptoms, this disease if calculous cholecystitis patients cannot receive timely and effective treatment, Severe cases can lead to septic shock and peritonitis, which can pose a significant threat to the patient's life. Cholecystitis is the key operation for acute calcium cholecystitis. Laparoscopic surgery is the best treatment for acute calcareous cholecystitis. 102 elderly patients with cholecystitis and cholangiolithiasis admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received laparoscopic surgery, and the observation group received laparoscopic surgery. The healing status of the two groups was compared. Results: The actual speed of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in inflammatory factors between the two groups before surgery (P>0.05). The levels of IL-6, IL-10 and TNF in observation group and control group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery is an effective method to treat cholecystitis and gallstones in the aged. Reduce hospital stay and operation time, prevent postoperative complications and improve prognosis.
