Comparison of Different Surgical Methods in the Treatment of Acute Calculous Cholecystitis

摘　　要：Objective: to implement different operations for the treatment of patients with acute calculous cholecystitis, focusing on discussing the treatment strategies and advantages of laparoscopic surgery, and improving the therapeutic efficacy. Methods: retrospective collection of patient data, 60 cases of acute calculous cholecystitis hospitalized in our hospital from November 2018 to May 2021 were selected for comparative investigation, thus divided into 2 groups. Patients in the control group were hospitalized from November 2018 to October 2019 and underwent open surgery. The observation group was a group of patients hospitalized from November 2019 to July 2021, who underwent laparoscopic surgery, and the operative conditions were compared. Results: after surgery, the observation group was better than the control group in the process of operation and related indicators of surgical rehabilitation results, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). In addition, postoperative VAS score of observation group (2.93±1.11) was lower than that of control group (5.43±1.55) (P < 0.05). Finally, the rate of complications in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 13.33% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis is conducive to the smooth operation, not only to control the situation during the operation, but also to achieve a good prognosis, contribute to the rapid recovery of patients, low incidence of complications, has a good effect, has the value of promotion.
