Clinical Nursing of Tibetan Medicine“Xiuqun Enbao Powder” for Vaginal Lavage Combined with “Wine Leaching Stone” for Pelvic Inflammation

摘　　要：Objective: to study the key points of clinical nursing care in treating pelvic inflammatory disease with Tibetan medicine "Xiuqun Enbao Powder" douche vagina and "Wine Leaching Stone". Methods: 100 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted from April 2020 to April 2021 were treated with "Xiuqun Enbao Powder" for vaginal lavage and "Wine Leaching Stone", and clinical nursing measures were taken. Follow-up showed that 93% of the patients had good prognosis and no recurrence. The remaining 4% of patients had adverse reactions, all of which were low fever and recovered well after symptomatic treatment. 3% of the patients did not adhere to the course of treatment, the curative effect is not good. Conclusion: According to the clinical symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease, Tibetan "Xiuqun Enbao Powder" douche vagina combined with "Wine Leaching Stone" therapy can rinse the vagina and the curved dome completely by inputting diluted Tibetan medicine powder solution into the vagina for repeated douche. The "Wine Leaching Stone" has fast, high-efficient and broad-spectrum analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, and has strong killing effect on pathogenic microorganisms such as bacterial spores, fungi, bacterial propagules and viruses. A series of nursing measures are launched to observe the condition, evaluate the effect, and continuously improve and optimize the clinical nursing content.
