摘　　要：Objective: the purpose of this study is to analyze the application of rectal stapler in the treatment of anorectal surgical diseases and its clinical effect. Methods: by means of retrospective analysis, 80 cases of anorectal patients undergoing surgical treatment with rectal stapler in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects, and the investigation and study were carried out. Results: it can be seen from the statistical results that the symptoms of the patients are relieved and the therapeutic effect is remarkable. In 80 patients, the cure rates of annular prolapse internal hemorrhoid and rectal mucosa prolapse mixed hemorrhoid were 100%. The cure rate of patients with direct intussusception (intramucosal) was 100%. Of the 16 patients with rectal mucosal prolapse, 15 were cured with a cure rate of 93.75%. Conclusion: according to the statistical results of this study, when treating anorectal surgery patients, the rectal stapling device is used for treatment, the cure rate of patients is high, and it has very significant clinical therapeutic value.
