摘　　要：At present, China's social economy and urbanization are in a critical period of transformation and development. The overall speed of macroeconomic development has changed from high speed to medium speed. The development mode has changed from quantitative growth to quality improvement and structural optimization. The planning of each city's high-tech zones and development zones has correspondingly put forward high-quality development requirements of green ecology, land intensification and livable and suitable industries. Therefore, with the change of population and economic protection targets in the future for the planned areas with rivers flowing through, the safety of urban flood control, the quality of ecological environment and the quality of life of residents should be improved, the surrounding river channels should be protected from flood hazards, and the flood control system should be improved, especially the flood control standard of the existing embankments on both sides of the river should also be improved.
