摘  要:Due to the continuous development and improvement of our country's automatic production technology, our country's ore crushing technology has also been greatly improved, so that the mine work efficiency and working environment have been improved to a certain extent. Due to the low automation level of crushing technology in traditional mineral processing plants in our country, there are some problems such as harsh construction environment, high labor cost, low work efficiency, etc. In view of this situation, the relevant departments in our country have improved and updated the crushing system in the mines, using the modern DCS automatic control system to improve the crushing work efficiency, liberate human resources, and realize the automatic operation of the crushing work. Compared with the traditional ore crushing technology, the automation degree of the modern ore crushing technology has been greatly improved, the unmanned automation work is realized, not only the work efficiency of ore crushing is improved, but also the possibility of artificial error is reduced, the safety of the ore crushing work is ensured, and a reference basis is provided for subsequent ore dressing in a mine.
