摘　　要：At present, with the acceleration of the urbanization process, the number of construction projects is also significantly increased, and because of relatively large investment, how to manage and control the cost of construction projects has become the most important work content of enterprises, in this link to complete is short will increase the cost and seriously affect the timely and quality of the project. Based on this, this paper takes construction project cost control as the entry point, firstly discusses the main meaning of this control operation, discusses the most obvious problems, and finally puts forward some effective cost management strategies.
