摘　　要：The irrigation and water conservancy project provides the basic guarantee for the rural agricultural economic development, and requires greater function and effect in water supply, drainage, waterlogging, drought prevention, irrigation and other farmland services. However, there are still some problems in the management of farmland water conservancy project, such as imperfect system, unclear responsibility and inactive subject, which hinder the development of farmland water conservancy project to a certain extent. In the context of building a new countryside, the management of irrigation and water conservancy projects should implement and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, adhere to the concept of scientific development, focus on the overall situation, seek benefits from management, and promote the high-quality development of project management.
