摘　　要：If we want to ensure that the strategic objectives of each stage of our society are realized, we must ensure stable economic growth and avoid economic ups and downs. Fiscal and taxation system affects China's economic development to a large extent, and it plays a macro-control role in China's economy. In order to promote social and economic development through fiscal and taxation system, it is necessary to analyze the existing problems at the present stage and put forward effective measures for the reform and innovation of fiscal and taxation system.
