摘　　要：Credit risk is one of the main risks faced by commercial banks in the process of operation, and the risks will change constantly when operating commercial banks.This paper briefly analyzes the credit risk management system and credit risk measurement methods of China's commercial banks, and puts forward targeted suggestions, so that commercial banks can have a comprehensive understanding of credit risk and significantly improve the risk management level of banks.
