摘　　要：Under the background of the new era, the socialist market economy occupies the leading position, and the competition and pressure of enterprises are also increasing. Financial management plays a decisive role in the healthy and orderly development of enterprises, which is related to the future operating conditions and the surviving operating life of enterprises. With the change of market environment, the importance of enterprise financial management has become more and more prominent. Enterprise financial risk is a common and easy-to-ignore problem in the internal operation of the enterprise in the new era. Therefore, the enterprise should strengthen the ideological understanding, effectively take measures to control financial risk, reduce the influence of risk, minimize the loss caused by risk to the enterprise and ensure the long-term development of the enterprise.
