摘　　要：In recent years, China's comprehensive national strength has developed in an all-round way under the influence of many favorable factors, which has brought many opportunities for the development of various fields and effectively promoted the continuous development of information technology. As far as the actual situation is concerned, the notary system is a key legal system in every country in the world. Notarization plays an important role in legal proof and can effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties. Under the current social development situation, it plays a more important role in the supply of services to prevent and control financial risks, the implementation of property rights protection laws, and the optimization of a comprehensive dispute resolution mechanism. Under the situation that the target group of notarization is gradually developing and the market demand is gradually increasing, coupled with the continuous improvement of the information level, if the notarization archives industry wants to ensure its steady and healthy development, it also needs to effectively reverse the old and backward ideas and concepts in the past, fully combine with the actual situation in various aspects to optimize and perfect the technology from various details, accurately judge the hidden dangers in practice, and formulate prevention and solutions accordingly. Continuously improve the service quality and credibility, and find out a reasonable way for the development of notarization archives service. Only in this way can the important role of information development be brought into full play and the good development of notarization archives management be promoted.
