摘  要:During the operation of dry air cooler in fractionating and suction stabilization unit of 1.2 million tons/year catalytic cracking unit in Yongping Refinery, the tube bundle of heat-dissipating finned tubes was blocked, post-cooling temperature was too high, tube bundle leaked, fan system vibrated and rattled, which seriously affected the long-term stable operation of catalytic cracking unit and the production capacity completed as planned, resulting in high processing task pressure and poor smooth operation of equipment. Based on the structure of dry air cooling equipment and long-term operation experience, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems found in the operation process and puts forward various countermeasures to ensure the long, full and optimal operation of dry air cooler in the fractionation and suction stabilization unit of the catalytic cracking unit.
