摘　　要：The material yard of a sand and gravel system in Xinjiang is mainly granite stratum, and its lithology is classified as biotite monzonite. The biotite monzonite has hard texture and high hardness, and the aggregate grain shape is difficult to control. Improper equipment selection will have a double impact on equipment loss and aggregate quality, which is extremely unfavorable to the production cost control of the system. Based on the experience of design, construction and operation of gravel system over the years, this paper introduces the key points of equipment selection control and the core elements of process control of granite mineral as the production material source of the system, and provides experience for subsequent similar projects.
