摘　　要：In recent years, due to the progress of national economy, people's living standard is also getting higher and higher. However, China's forestry industry is also facing many problems in the process of rapid and vigorous development, delaying the country's economic and social vigorous development rate. Moreover, the social problems in forestry development are not conducive to the formulation of sustainable economic development strategies. As the seedling raising technology of modern forestry is a systematic technology, the requirements for technicians are also very high. In the modern forestry seedling raising project, seedling raising, afforestation and other activities are considered. Only by further making up for seedling cultivation techniques and afforestation methods can the project meet the needs of the vigorous development of modern forestry projects. Based on this, the requirements of modern forestry seedling raising engineering technology and afforestation plan will be analyzed for reference.
