摘　　要：Water is the source of life. It nourishes all things and nourishes life. At present, the global water resources are facing the problems of water shortage and water quality deterioration. The situation of water resources in our country is also not optimistic. A series of problems, such as the deterioration of water resources and environment, floods and water pollution, are also affecting people's health. Therefore, how to improve the use efficiency of water resources has become a key breakthrough point to ease the current situation of water resources. It is urgent to change the current situation of water resources. In order to meet the people's growing demand for a better life, actively respond to Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, cooperate with relevant government departments, carry out social subsidies to a certain extent, earnestly implement the policy of benefiting the people and the people, and make every household have drinking water protection as far as possible. With the development of society and the improvement of economic level, people's quality of life has been promoted. At the same time, due to the continuous development of our country's industry, people in all walks of life, including people's life, have an increasing demand for water resources.
