摘　　要：With the slowdown of China's macro-economic growth and the continuous deepening of the implementation of the construction of ecological civilization, the coal industry is facing severe pressure of survival and competition. While undergoing industrial upgrading and transformation, coal mining enterprises also need to make in-depth innovation in the cultivation and function of high-skilled personnel, because high-skilled personnel are an important guarantee for coal mining enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and enhance their vitality. This group is the core outstanding representative of the entire enterprise's technical personnel team and plays an important role in promoting the healthy and sustainable development of coal mining enterprises. This paper discusses the importance of high-skilled personnel training to the development of coal mine enterprises, and discusses how to promote the training level of high-skilled personnel in coal mine enterprises by establishing and perfecting the learning and training mechanism of high-skilled personnel, evaluation and incentive mechanism and other measures, so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the healthy growth of high-skilled personnel in coal mine enterprises and effectively improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.
