摘　　要：The process of human being's birth and development was originally a process of continuous integration with the whole earth and its natural environment to form a new dynamic environment led by human beings. This process has always been in a dynamic state of balance, and the behavior of either party at any time may have a negative impact on the balance. In today's era when the kinetic energy of human beings to the environment is more powerful, if effective self-management measures cannot be taken, the balance will be completely unbalanced. Therefore, as the leading government of human society, it should embody its responsibility for green demand in all aspects including taxation.
