摘　　要：In recent years, China has gradually stepped up the planning and construction of cities, resulting in more and more construction and engineering projects in cities. In modern urban construction projects, geotechnical investigation and foundation treatment technology, as the key points of engineering construction technology operation, not only directly affect the safety and progress of construction projects, but also have a great impact on the overall quality of construction projects and social development. This paper mainly analyzes the common problems in construction engineering survey and foundation design, and on this basis, puts forward relevant treatment countermeasures.
