摘 要:With the development of science and technology in the world, the technology in chemical industry has been developed rapidly. At the same time, with the establishment of large chemical plants, the demand for compressors is increasing. The main reason is that compressors are very important equipment for chemical industry. For most centrifugal compressors, there are mainly two driving modes, one is driven by steam turbine, and the other is driven by electricity. However, compared with the electric drive, the main advantage of the turbine drive is that it can adjust and control the rotational speed in the centrifugal compressor, can also control the load without exceeding the threshold value, and can also reasonably use the steam through the device. At the same time, the pressure of the exhaust gas and the delivered flow rate are very high. Therefore, this kind of turbine-driven centrifugal compressor is widely used in the chemical industry. This paper mainly studies and analyzes the difficulties in starting the turbine-driven centrifugal compressor through the production process of 9mpa steam RIK100-4+RZ35-7 air compressor, 4.0mpa steam back pressure turbine-driven ammonia refrigeration compressor, 4.0mpa steam driven condensing turbine, synthesis gas compressor and reciprocating compressor in the actual chemical industry, hoping to provide effective reference value for the utilization and development of the compressor in the production of chemical plants.
