摘　　要：In order to predict the fixed man hour with process as the basic unit in the process of aircraft final assembly, a man hour quota method based on the field measured data is proposed by using 1511 quantity quota. Using this optimization method, the fixed man hour of aircraft final assembly is predicted through the historical actual man hour data The example verification results show that this method fits well, can better solve the problem of difficult formulation of fixed man hours in the process of aircraft assembly, and provides a strong basis and guarantee for formulating reasonable project plan and cost control in the process of aircraft development. This paper introduces the difficulties and problems existing in the man hour quota in the aircraft final assembly stage of Shaanxi airlines. Guided by the problems and combined with the production characteristics of the final assembly link, this paper puts forward a new "1511" man hour quota method, comprehensively plans the factors affecting the man hour quota from seven dimensions, and establishes a standard database to standardize, standardize and scientific the man hour quota, It provides a certain reference for the improvement of basic management in the same industry.
