摘　　要：In recent years, with the continuous improvement of water conservancy and hydropower projects in our country, technicians have mastered more water conservancy and hydropower project technology, which has provided great help for subsequent construction. According to the characteristics of the current construction technology, after upgrading the cofferdam technology, China broke through the barriers of the traditional technology, upgraded the cofferdam technology according to the modern technical means and construction requirements, conducted construction diversion at the same time, ensured the completion of the scheduled construction period in the shortest time, strictly controlled the quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects, reduced the cost and expenses, and made the personnel use efficiency higher.
