摘  要:Objective: to detect the correlation coefficient of prothrombin time (PT)/ international standard ratio (INR)/ activated partial prothrombin time (APTT)/ item results with a blood coagulation analyzer on two different detection systems, and to observe the detection results of plasma fibrinogen (FIB) of patients for correlation analysis. Methods: with reference to the document EP9-A3 of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Standardization (CLSL), 40 patient specimens with different concentration levels and covering the detection range (the specimen detection results are classified into high, medium and low levels) were collected. According to the data, SysmexCS5100, a Japanese company, was used for blood coagulation detection. The full-automatic blood coagulation analyzer and STAGOSTA-MAX, a French company, were used for detection of PT, INR, APTT, FIB, The test results of the detection outliers of the two sets of systems are observed by the ESD method (extreme studentized deviate), and the migration evaluation results after outliers are eliminated and the same amount of data are supplemented are tested. The regression model fitting of the general model equation is shown by the test, and the detection quantity change does not meet the 95% confidence interval (CI) of the vulnerability parameter value and the initial system monitoring value for migration evaluation. Based on ≤ 1/2 TEA, the absolute value of the relative deviation of the internal quality control is detected, the comparability of the detection results of different coagulation analyzers is explored, and the accuracy of blood coagulation factors is evaluated acceptably. Results: according to the chemiluminescence method combined with the immunoturbidimetry method, the ESD test method was integrated, no outliers were detected, the correlation of the test results was analyzed quantitatively, and the regression non-destructive testing material test research method was adopted, the weighted least square method was adopted to directly calculate the
